This window enables you to choose any one of four ways to display the data found in your current window. This can be the result of a free text or Boolean search, or simply data from the title window. Depending on your application and how you wish to use the data (in a Word document, copied to the clipboard in a certain manner, etc.), you may choose one of the following:

From the Search By Artist/Title Window:

Title/Date/Lot

Title/Price

Price/Title

Sale Date/Lot

From the View All Entries Window:

Artist/Title/Date/Lot

Artist/Title/Price

Title/Artist/Price

Price/Title

Sale Date/Lot

You make your choice of how to display the data by bringing up the "Sort" window, either from the Menu Bar or by using the appropriate Speed Button, and making one of these choices.
